What is Propolis?
Propolis – also known as "bee glue" or "bee resin" – is a natural resinous substance that bees collect from plant buds, tree resins, and other botanical sources, which they then use inside the hive to seal cracks and protect the colony from bacteria, viruses, and fungi.
Its unique composition of flavonoids, polyphenols, essential oils, and vitamins makes propolis one of the most remarkable natural products in existence.
