The Wildflower Honey is the more approachable companion to our Lavender & Chestnut Honey. Where that variety impresses with intensity and complexity, the wildflower honey wins with gentle sweetness, delicate floral notes, and a soft, harmonious finish. The diversity of Portugal's wild blossoms — from orange flowers and eucalyptus to small meadow blooms — gives it a well-rounded, layered aroma with no sharpness or bitterness.
The colour is golden yellow to light amber, the texture thick and creamy in its original raw consistency — exactly as honey comes straight from the beekeeper. Unheated, unfiltered, with no additives whatsoever. Perfect for those who love a natural honey with a mild, pleasant character.
